The Easton Village subdivision just off the St. Michaels Road is a collection of mid-level to upper-end homes, all set within a wonderful community of walking trails, open spaces, and waterfront access. When Peachtree Homes came to East Bay with a request to design four models for their varied lot sizes, it was a great opportunity to use our expertise to create new home styles and floor plans for the subdivision.  All designs needed to fit various lot criteria, and each model could be dressed up with three different looks; Arts & Crafts, Victorian, and Colonial.

Easton Village has strict design criteria and architectural guidelines, all in an effort to make the subdivsion have a certain feel.  While these criteria were challenging, we were able to create entirely new designs, without using details that other builders in this subdivision had already employed.  Our designs, features, and details all help make Peachtree Homes houses not only unique within the subdivision, but excellent value for the money.
